Policy appraisal clause • Scope & valuation disputes
Appraisal & Umpire Support
Documentation-forward support for scope and pricing disagreements—built to move appraisal files forward without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Serving Oklahoma & Texas (OKC + DFW metro; statewide travel by appointment).
Appraisal is policy-driven and varies by carrier/policy language. FalconSight focuses on documentation, scope/valuation analysis, and structured reporting. We do not provide legal advice and we are not acting as a public adjuster or attorney.

If needed, we inspect and produce a structured report and documentation package aligned to the file’s needs.
