Client representations & site conditions
- Authority: You confirm you are the owner or authorized agent and can approve this service.
- Access: You’ll provide access details (gate codes, pets, restricted areas) and ensure the site is reasonably safe.
- Utilities/obstacles: You’ll disclose known hazards (power lines, trees, aggressive animals, construction activity, etc.).
Scope & deliverables
- This is documentation only (photos/video + report). It is not a code/engineering inspection and not a guarantee of condition.
- We do not remove shingles, enter attics, or perform destructive testing unless separately agreed in writing.
Payment disputes & chargebacks
- If you have a concern, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
- Initiating a chargeback after services are performed/deliverables are provided may be treated as non‑payment and subject to reasonable collection costs.
- We keep flight logs, timestamps, and delivery records to document fulfillment.
Liability limits & indemnification
- Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalconSight’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
- No consequential damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, delays, etc.).
- Indemnification: You agree to hold FalconSight harmless from claims caused by your lack of authority to order the service or unsafe site conditions not caused by FalconSight.
Dispute resolution & attorney fees
- Good‑faith resolution: The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first.
- Mediation/arbitration (where allowed): If a dispute isn’t resolved, the parties may pursue mediation, and if needed, binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.
- Attorney fees: In a dispute, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs where permitted.
Privacy & data
- We use your contact info only to schedule, deliver files, invoice, and provide support.

Governing law & venue
- This agreement is governed by Oklahoma law, and venue is Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless a court requires otherwise.
- If services are performed outside Oklahoma (e.g., Texas), additional state requirements (taxes/permits) may apply.
